Returns & Exchange Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sea & Sun Beauty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 3 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at 520-388-0018 and we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been used or opened.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at seasunbeautyunlimited@gmail.com and we will provide you with an exchange authorization number and/or instructions on how to exchange your item. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the exchanged item.

STUDENT REFUND POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Sea & Sun Beauty Lash Training Academy will consider refund requests based on the following conditions and timelines. All refund requests must be submitted in writing according to the procedures outlined below.

Refund Schedule:

The amount of the refund, if any, will be determined based on the following schedule, calculated from the official start date of the program or the date of the student's written withdrawal notification, whichever is earlier:

  • Withdrawal more than 15 calendar days prior to the program start date: 100% refund of tuition fees paid, less any non-refundable registration fees (as specified in the enrollment agreement).

  • Withdrawal between 7 and 14 calendar days prior to the program start date: 75% refund of tuition fees paid, less any non-refundable registration fees.

  • Withdrawal less than 7 calendar days prior to the program start date, but before the program begins: 50% refund of tuition fees paid, less any non-refundable registration fees.

  • Withdrawal after the program has started but within the first day of the scheduled program hours: 25% refund of the tuition fees paid, less any non-refundable registration fees.

  • Withdrawal after more than 2 days of the scheduled program hours: No refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Fees:

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration fees (as clearly stated in the enrollment agreement)

  • Any costs for kits, materials, or supplies that have been issued to the student (unless returned unused and in resalable condition, subject to Academy approval and potential restocking fees).
